Nestie Villaviray
My Story
Nestie Bryal Villaviray is one of the six individual awardees and the youngest recipient of the 23rd Manuel L. Quezon Gawad Parangal of the Quezon City Government under the Institutional Development Category, in recognition of his work in building transparent, participatory, and youth-led governance institutions.
He is the Founding Chairperson of the Model Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Network, the country’s premier alliance of young public servants and youth leaders. Under his leadership, the Network was recognized as one of the 20 National Finalists of the 21st TAYO Awards and received the Youth-led Democracy Award from The Asia Foundation for its groundbreaking contributions to youth empowerment and good governance.
